Nice! Will non-players be able to follow the game?

I have no idea. It depends if the GM will keep the game in public groups or not (and I am not the GM, but I wish him/her all the best with this new game).

Unfortunately, due to lack of player interaction, this game died before it even got out of the basement of the Inn...

I think many campaigns have died within the Comeback Inn

Anyway, sorry that the game didn't last. I would have loved to see where it went! :)

Yeah, my half-elf bard was a real gem. I was looking forward to seeing what trouble he could start. Guess that will have to wait for another day.
Being a half-elf, Quinn has had periods in his life where he would disguise himself. But, regardless of who he looked like, Quinn was always just an average musician trying to make it big. Old, young, human, elf, he's been them all. He'd play the lute as an elf one night and the next he'd be a human playing the pan flute. This worked fine, until he started booking gigs back to back in the same place.

It was never meant to scam anyone or "double dip" as he was often accused. He was just hoping one of these personas would win the crowd over and start a path to fame and fortune. When a town would figure out his multi-gig scheme, he would pack up and head to the next town to try again.

At some point, he even started forging letters of recommendation from imaginary Duke's and other land-owners to score a chance to play at premier venues. This never worked as a solo act, but had some success after joining a band, The forged letters got them in the door sometimes, but still, none of it ever led to any real fame.

After several years of this, he had saved up enough money to attend one of the great Bard colleges in an effort to improve his talents and find that fame. The magic he learned at college has certainly enhanced his music and made it easier to win over crowds, but he still finds himself struggling to make a name for himself.
