Wilderness Encounter Charts for Savage Coast?

Post by scalydemon »

Do they exist by region?

I thought they may be at the back of the Monsterous Compendium but couldn't locate.

Thanks for any help

Bump! I don't know this myself. Can anyone help Scalydemon?

I looked at X9 and there is almost nothing of value. Looking at the Savage Coast products I don't see any charts, but it shouldn't be too hard to compile a list from the source books.

I don't think there is any. If you have the Core Rules CDs, there is a handy random table generator which you could use with Savage Coast custom data to produce such tables.

Like the others, I don't recall any offhand, but a good start to creating one might be to check Sheldon Morris' Monstrous Atlas pages at the Vaults. Ready made to plug some creatures into an Encounter table or three! :D

Thanks for the plug. :)

This is something I plan to revisit as part of the (presently napping) GazH project. It is based on examining official products as well as using 'canonized commonsense' with my allocating of creatures.

One thing I didn't get to doing is including those creatures found in the Savage Coast books (although they will be restricted to that regional vicinity, more or less).
