Never Tell Me the Odds: The Space-Scoundrel RPG About Risking It All

I just stumbled onto somethinng on DriveThre RPG called Never Tell Me the Odds: The Space-Scoundrel RPG About Risking It All:

It's by someone called David Somerville and is published by a company called Smrvl.

The name is a Han Solo quote from Star Wars, so I'm wondering if the game is compatible with one of the Star Wars rulesets.

Has anyone tried this out?

Given that part of the description states that odds are always fifty-fifty and aren't affected by stats or skills, I'd hazard to guess that it's not compatible with any of the published Star Wars rule sets.
