Okay, so I have been catching up on the Clone Wars series and just watched the slaver trilogy. I was kind of surprised that they decided to make the race of slavers into cat people, but I do like the psuedo-Babylonian aspects of their culture and architecture. It is giving me a nugget of a kernel of a seed of an idea for a part of a new campaign setting.

Actually, the zygarians look more like bugbears to me.

They are too skinny to be bugbears. However, a society of "civilized" bugbears would be interesting.

The women threw me, but the males certainly look bugbearish to me :)

Yeah, the pseudo-Egyptian outfit that the queen wore reminded me of Bast which made me think cat people.

It was really the males that looked more bugbearish to me, because they were too...bulky to be cat-people. The warden at the prison was what really convinced me they were bugbears than cat-people. :)

Wookieepedia identifies them as being feline looking near-Humans, what ever the heck that is supposed to mean.
